NexusAD AI is a secure AI platform providing intelligent assistance services with a focus on privacy and data protection. Your data is protected and distributed across multiple UAE nodes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and API key. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Prohibited activities include:

• Using the service for illegal activities
• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems
• Misusing AI services to create harmful content

7. Billing and Payment

Paid subscriptions are subject to the terms specified at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data you upload. AI-generated content based on your queries belongs to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of our services. AI outputs are not a substitute for professional advice.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with UAE court jurisdiction.
